10min · 1 serving Ingredients: • 1 lb lobster (I bought Luke's Lobster but didn't use their seasoning because I think their lobster is delicious). • 2 tbsp finely minced celery. • 1/4 mayo. • 1 tbsp chives. • 1 tbsp parsley. • The zest of 1 lemon. • Splash of lemon (less than 1/2 of one). • 1/2 tsp honey. • Black Pepper and seasoned salt to taste. • 1 Serrano pepper (sliced). • 2 tbsp scallions (white part). • 2 tbsp good butter + more for the buns (kerrygold, truly or plugra). •3-4 brioche hot dog buns.
