A while back I was using the great book by Richard Bolles "What Color Is Your Parachute". In the book Richard makes extensive use of "The Flower" diagram for organizing your thoughts on what you are looking for in the ideal job. I couldn't find a decent image/PDF to print for this, so I made my own (w/ help from my wife). Parachutes - The Flower (PDF) Here are the image files if you want to use them. The first is a printable PDF (8.5x11) and the second is the original Adobe Illustrator version. I'm clearly not a pro at AI, but it works :-) Enjoy. And happy hunting! --
