These large, light and lovely earrings are handsawn from sterling silver. While they are approximately 6.5 cm long from top of hook they only weigh a little over 3 grams each. Saw piercing is something I’m pretty nifty at if I do say so myself. Most of the saw work pieces you will find on this Etsy site have been sawn out using a 7/0 sawblade... that’s about the thickness of a horse’s tail hair. There’s no way that this piece can be replicated by casting or lazer (or water jet) cutting... they are all done individually by hand. Some of the designs are limited editions. You’ll know which ones because I will include a photo of the edition number in the listing. All the rest are fairly limited too on a global level since there’s a limit on how many miles I can saw. Items will be shipped within 48 hours of confirmation of payment and/or clearing of funds. I ship within Australia by express post (overnight) since it is tracked. International shipping is done via Airmail and will usually take between 5-10 business days but please allow up to 14 days.
