20min · 4 servings VEGAN QUESO RECIPE👇 Ingredients: • 1-1/2 cups white potatoes, peeled and cubed • 2-3 small carrots, peeled and chopped • 1-1/2 cups milk of choice • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast • 1 tablespoon lemon juice • 1 tablespoon tomato paste • 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeños • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt • 1 teaspoon garlic powder • 1 teaspoon onion powder • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, (for color) optional Directions: • 1) Add the carrots and potatoes to a pot of boiling water and cook until fork tender, about 7-10 minutes.
