Trim Healthy Mama - Tori's Trim Healthy Mama Testimony! 🦋 --------------------------------------- I really just want to use my testimony to encourage others and talk about how amazing Trim Healthy Mama is! Scale victories and Non Scale Victory! THM has truly transformed my life. Before I started THM I was so miserable with how I felt both physically and mentally. One day, I decided that I finally had enough. My friend was having so much success with the plan, so as my New Years resolution I decided to do THM and hopefully lose at least some weight. Little did I know that I would actually lose it. I have tried so many plans over the years and calorie counting. All of them led to very little weight loss and then I gained it right back. My weight has gone up and down as long as I can remember. I started January 15 2019 and I'm down 70lbs. I’m two pounds from my last goal weight that I never thought I would achieve. I feel better than ever before. I have a healthy relationship with food, freedom in food and the knowledge on how to maintain my weight. I was able to find me some clothes today and actually enjoyed shopping and trying things on! I used to hate shopping and always walked away depressed and a lot of time in tears. When I started I was in a size 14-16. And size Large to XL shirt. Now I’m in a size 4/6 and small/XS. I’ve never been this size, even when I was a teenager. All the Glory goes to God and sincere thankfulness to THM!!! If you are on the fence about starting, please do it! You won’t regret it! You’ve got this ladies!! Stay encouraged and stay the course. If you fall off plan just start again in 3 hours. This is truly a plan of grace and freedom! ❤️ - Tori L
