One of my favorite restaurants of all time is Vapiano. You could literally wake me up at 3 AM for a plate of their whole wheat pasta funghi. Therefore, I was beyond excited when Vapiano also opened its doors in Groningen! If you don't know what Vapiano is: It's an Italian franchise concept you can find all over the world. It's a mix between a restaurant and a more fast food-ish place: you order your food in an open kitchen, but after that you can eat it together with your friends and family in a more restaurant-like environment.
