my thoughts on Ozempic, obviously a difficult question. But I would not recommend it especially when intuitive eating would solve this problem for a lot of people. But there is no huge profit to be made by teaching people how to be an intuitive eater so it’s not part of our lexicon. But it is where wisdom is.
