Add those to our pan. Now, we're going to add some green grapes on top of our raspberries. These have been cut in half. Now, we're going to top that with some fresh strawberries. These have been cut in half as well. Now, we're going to go in with some honeydew. This is a beautiful green fruit as well. We'll spread that out with our hands. And our last fruit, cranberries. This is the perfect time of year because cranberries are in season but you could use any kind of fruit that you want. This is going to be so beautiful and delicious. Now, we're going to add four cups of grape juice. Now, you could also use apple juice if you wanted to. Now, you can add a little bit of sugar. It's about three tablespoons just to make this a nice, sweet dessert and then, we're going to add a touch of lemon juice. That's going to also brighten this up and we need to bring this to a boil so that we can add our gelatin. Alright, we gotta boil. Now, we're going to add four packs of unflavored gelatin to our boiling juice and we're going to stir that in to make sure it's totally dissolved. Alright, our juice is now chilled from boiling with the gelatin and we are going to carefully pour this into our mold. Now, this is going to look like a cake when it's done. It's going to keep its shape and we're going to be able to slice it and it's going to be beautiful and healthy. Looks like we got just the right amount of liquid. Three, two, one. Alright. Now, we're going to carefully place this in the fridge so that it can set for three to 4 hours. Can't wait to see this one. Alright, y'all. We've let it set and it is ready. We used a hair dryer along the sides so that that added just enough heat so that it would release the gel. I've tried it where I've lowered it into the sink where it was hot water and it did work but that melted it more than we needed to. So, we found that the hair dryer worked perfectly to release it. Alright, moment of truth. Now, we gotta flip it over and I think the best way to do this is to add the plate on top, right? Oh. Is that we're going to try? I think we should try that. Alright, wish me luck. Alright. Okay, here we go. Check that out. Just make sure it's center and there's space on all sides. Is that the right side? Like. Yeah. Visual. Okay. Five, four. Okay, we're going to cut a slice now and hopefully, that will hold its form. Okay, moment of truth. Oh how pretty. I love. Oh my goodness I'm so excited to try this. We've got our raspberries, grapes, strawberries. Which bite are you going for first? Well I say raspberries. Raspberries for you? I'm excited. Now we added some sugar to this to make it a little sweeter. Let's see if it's good. Mm. What do we think? It's like fresh fruit and jello. Which is what it is. But fancier. Fancy. Fresh fruit and jello. Mm mm. It's not too sweet. I'll try let me try some of that melon right there. You think it's going to be too sweet but it's not. Mm. It's refreshing sweet. It's not too much. It's really good. Now, I will tell you this, if you try this, you try that one. If you try this, do not use kiwi. Even though it's green and would be pretty, the acidity in it will cause the gelatin to break down and it won't hold the mold. So, avoid acidic fruits if you try this but let us know what you think.
