25min · 3 servings Korean Recipe Soybean Paste Pork Belly | Chef Chris Cho Korean Recipe Ingredients Pork belly • 500 grams Pork Belly • 3-4 Garlic Sliced • 2 Scallions or Green Onions Sauce • 1 tbsp Soy Bean Paste • 1 tbsp Garlic Minced • 1 tbsp Cooking Wine or Soju • 1 tbsp Sugar • 1/2 tbsp Oyster Sauce or Soy Sauce Optional • 1/3 cup Water • 1/2 Onion Chopped Instructions Pork Belly • Chop pork belly to size • On high heat, cook pork belly evenly (until lightly crispy brown) • Remove the pork belly and put aside (save the pork fat) • Slice the garlic and add it into the pork fat on medium heat until lightly brown • Set the garlic aside • Remove the pork fat from the pan and add the pork belly back into the pan • Add the chopped onions to the pan • Add HALF the
