Fern, Butterfly & Wild Flowers Linocut Print. This is an open edition original hand printed Linocut Print. Each design is drawn by hand straight onto the lino block or in my sketchbook, then I use specialist tools to hand carve the lino. The lino is inked with a roller, and then printed onto paper by hand using a Baren. These prints are individually hand printed and each one will have minor variations and imperfections, part of the charm of lino printing. The image is printed using Caligo Safe Wash Ink on to black kraft paper/smooth cartridge/cream lokta. Image Size 15cm x 20cm Mounted size 21 x 30cm A4 The print is signed and dated by myself in pencil and will come to you in a cellophane wrapper and board backed envelope marked 'Do Not Bend'.
