Ingredients • 16oz cooked pasta • 12oz cooked and crumbled vegan sausage, we used very good butchers • 12oz steamed broccoli • 28oz can of diced tomatoes • 28oz can of tomato sauce • 1 tsp crushed red pepper • 1 tsp Italian seasoning • Salt and pepper Liquid Vegan Mozzarella by Miyoko Directions • Preheat oven to 450 • In a large casserole dish add the first 8 ingredients • Season with salt and pepper • Mix well • Drizzle your liquid mozzarella evenly and thin on top • Bake in preheated oven for roughly 15-20 minutes until cheese is set • Remove from oven • Let cool 5 minutes • Serve and enjoy •
