I found the base recipe for this Peach Amaretto Sour in famed cocktail book, Cocktail Codex, but I decided to tweak it a bit. I added Peach Liqueur, an egg white, and served it up in a coupe glass vs. over ice in a rocks glass. The result is fruity, perfectly sweet and sour, and has a nice texture
