My physical health has been crazy over the last 2 years.. losing 20+ pounds. Then taking a break from working out. Getting addicted to food again. I’m such a 0 to 100 person. I either don’t care at all what I eat and then other times I eat like I’m a 500lb elephant that hasn’t ate for weeks 🤣. Seriously have ate so much I’m sick. Then at times won’t eat enough and make myself sick. I’m not going to work out today... but I will tomorrow. Promise. What I have learned through out my journey. Is to
