About The Artwork "Find Familiar" is one of six paintings created for the "Shift" series that visualizes how we can embrace our connectedness in difficult times to shift and move forward. It is a patchwork of multicolored paper overlaid with twelve free-form circles. There is comfort in familiarity, a small relief when we are in the midst chaos. We need a sense of the known as we try to understand what it means to shift our perspective. Selected for the Juniper Rag Magazine V3. SHIFT issue published in January 2022.
