INGREDIENTS โข - 1 cup water โข - 2 tbsp Sugar โข - 1/2 cup Butter โข - 1 cup Plain flour โข - 1 egg โข - Oil for frying โข - Sugar and cinnamon for coating โข - Dip of your choice METHOD โข - Mix together water, sugar and butter on high flame and bring to boil. โข - Once mixed, turn off the flame and add plain flour. Mix until completely combined. Let it cool for 10 mins then add the egg. Mix until combined completely ( this takes time) โข - The dough should be soft, not hard at all. โข - Transfer into a piping bag with a nozzle size of your choice and pipe into hot oil. Use scissors to cut the dough however preferred. โข - Fry until golden and then transfer into the sugar and cinnamon coat (optional) โข - Pair with your favourite dip and enjoy!
