20min · 4 servings Ingredients: • * 1 block Extra Firm Tofu (I use Trader Joe’s high protein tofu) • * 2 tbsp Soy Sauce or Tamari (low sodium) • * 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder * 1/4-1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast (depending on how “breaded” you want it) Instructions: • 1. Freeze and fully defrost tofu for better texture. This is optional. • 3. Dice tofu into 3/4 inch cubes. Dice as evenly as possible. • 4. Add tofu to a mixing bowl along with soy sauce or tamari. Coat evenly. • 5. Add garlic powder and nutritional yeast. Coat evenly once more. • 6. Air fry at 390 F for 18-20 minutes flipping/mixing half way OR bake for 22-25 minutes at 400 flipping halfway.
