Recipe ⬇️ • 1 lb Ground beef • 2 garlic cloves • 1/2 Green onion stalk • 1 tbsp Soy sauce • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar • 1/2 tsp Sesame oil • Salt & pepper Broth: • 2 tbsp avocado oil • 2 tsp gochugaru red pepper flakes • 2 garlic cloves • 1 beef bouillon cube • 6 cups water • 2 lemongrass sticks • 2 tsp oyster sauce • Salt • Simmer 15-20 minutes on medium heat • 3 tbsp white vinegar *cook wonton dumpling by placing in the broth- bring liquid to a boil, then reduce to a simmer on medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
