-3 cups (375g) all purpose flour -2 Tsp sugar -2 Tsp instant yeast -1 Tsp baking powder -a pinch of salt -2 Tbsp vegan butter or oil -3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp (200ml) lukewarm water Knead until itβs a soft dough (takes about 5mins). Let it rest for 1 hour. Shape into 8 balls. Let them rest for 40mins. Flatten each ball. Fry on medium heat 4-5mins each side until fluffy.
