Sauté -1 carrot -3 spring onions -4 mushrooms in a pan and then add -1 block tofu (crumbled) -4 tbsp cooked rice -1 tbsp rice vinegar -3 tbsp soy sauce and combine. Cook the -napa cabbage leaves for 1 min boiling water. Place a portion of the stuffing on a piece of cabbage. Fold and wrap to encase the stuffing. Pan fry until brown on 2 sides and serve warm. For the sauce mix soy sauce with chilli oil and pour it over the rolls.
