25min · 4 servings 1 package Gnocchi (i got mine where they have the fresh pasta in my grocery store) • Block of Feta • 1 head of broccli • 2 10oz packages of Cherry Tomatoes • Olive oil, salt, pepper Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. • Wash your produce and chop up your broccoli. Add the Gnocchi, feta and veggies to the sheet pan and coat with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. (make sure everything is coated with olive oil including the Feta this will make the Gnocchi crispy) • Bake for 30-35 minutes until tomatoes are bursting and feta is melting. • Mix together, serve and enjoy
