Add the yeast and sugar and allow to sit for 5 minutes. In a medium bowl, combine the bread flour and salt then add in the yeast water mixture. Lightly flour a surface and knead the dough for about 5 minutes until fully combined into a dough ball. In a medium bowl add a drizzle of oil then add the dough to the bowl and lightly coat with the oil. Cover and allow to rest for at least 1 hour. Once doubled in size, cut the dough into 2 b
