Ingredients: • Noodles of choice • 3 garlic cloves, minced • 2 tbsp chili flakes • 1 tbsp sesame seeds • 1 tbsp black pepper • 4 tbsp oil • 1 tbsp sugar • 4 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter • Tofu crumbles, to garnish (optional) Spring onions, to garnish Method: Add garlic, chilli flakes, sesame seeds and black pepper to a heatproof bowl. Heat the oil and add it to the bowl. Add the sugar, vinegar, peanut butter.
