Korean Beef Bowls are probably one of the easiest mince dishes you could make. They're rich, tasty and they take less than 15 minutes to cook, which makes them a favourite for a mid-week meal. When I was doing my research for this recipe I tried several Korean Beef Bowl recipes on other sites and food blogs. They weren't great. They were so dry. They had no sauce, just flavoured mince served with rice. Boring. My recipe has a tasty, thick sauce that coats the mince, and adds flavour and when served with rice, this dish is delicious. The great thing is you could also freestyle and add more veg to this. You could fry some mushrooms or peppers with the garlic and ginger to get more greens in, the choice is yours.
