These one of a kind wood slice ornaments are hand-painted by the artist with acrylic paint and then sealed with a satin finish. Each ornament is between 3"-4" in diameter and includes the hanger. The wood slices are natural wood; the backs of the ornaments are clear-coated to expose the grain, and are signed by the artist. Ornaments are available singly or in a set of three. This set of Cardinals in Winter captures the beauty of these amazing birds. Because wood slices are natural elements, and the ornaments are hand-painted, no two ornaments are the same. Also, just as in nature, sometimes a bit of bark can come loose over time--easily fixed with a dab of glue if you do not want a more rustic natural look.
