The stunning Anthurium ‘Big Bill’ ( a hybrid of A. pendulifolium x cubense by Bill Rotolante of Silver Krome Gardens) can grow to; enormous sizes. One of its main characteristics is the wonderful, undulating edge of the leaf blades which becomes more prominent with the size of the leaf blades. The genus name Anthurium is derived form Greek ánthos "flower" + ourá "tail" + New Latin -ium -ium . A very; literal translation of this would be 'flowering tail'.
