This is a colossal sea glass and starfish mobile/chandelier. A lot of love (and hours) go into making one of these... It has a very ethereal way of floating and turning, similar to a giant jellyfish. Made with sea glass, tumbled glass, and real starfish. There are 5 regular sized starfish mobiles, hung one an extra large white finger starfish. It is handmade in Coastal Massachusetts. Each mobile is a one of a kind item. Every piece of tumbled glass is hand tied with fishing line. There are 440 pieces of sea glass (real and tumbled) in this mobile. We have used the following colors: bright aqua, light aquamarine, and clear/white. The starfish gives this mobile a light, beachy feel. Rough Dimensions: -widest point one the starfish : 18" -from top of rope to longest string of glass: 24" We recommend hanging this in a highly visible, sunny spot indoors or out. The sound of the glass is very delicate and charming. This is not made to withstand rough winds, so if hung outside use common sense as to the location. ********* Each of these lovely sea glass and starfish mobiles is made to order. This is a more compact mobile very similar to my stained glass gem waterfall mobile, but made with 3D transparent glass spheres. The glass spheres really refract light and add depth and brilliance to the mobile. Looks great in front of a window or any location with good lighting. The mobile has twelve multicolor and clear glass spheres. It is about 12 inches tall and sweeps a maximum diameter of about 30 inches.
