By using a simple yet effective design twist, the Flow Wall Desk transforms itself from a piece of art on the wall, into a functional desk by showing off its unique aesthetics. The Flow Wall Desk acknowledges the potential of creating a desk inside one’s indoor environment. Only with one twist, it becomes a true joy to have as a separate working area. It can be subscribed as a piece of functional art that builds on Robert van Embricqs his Design track record of transformations in space. This one offers a part of the interior that shifts with time: a cozy workspace during the day becomes a compact wall hanging after being used. Van Embricqs was inspired by recent global events, and the longer-term trends that precede them, to devise a statement piece that lends dignity to the digital workspace through craft, warm textures, and durably engineered fastenings. The Flow Wall Desk is adaptable to any wall and can be used throughout homes, libraries, hotels, and many other inside locations. It creates the opportunity for a temporary work surface in a sunny corner and becomes an ergonomically adjustable desk in a compact city interior which invites the user to fold that desk away when work is over. When it comes to functionality, each part of the Flow Wall desk has been specifically engineered without losing the appeal to attract, just like a folding magic trick with a well-kept secret.

Some time ago we already introduced the fascinating shadow art by Kumi Yamashita. Her latest works are based on colorful post-its, looking like a bunch of construction paper pieces neatly arranged on a blank white wall at first glance. Though if you come a little closer you might notice actual human faces. All images © […]

make a character lol all art is by me, some items are inspired by the caretaker, ivan seal's artwork, and fnaf please do not monetize any images created in this (use them as brand logos, stills in youtube videos, etc). using this picrew for inspiration for adoptables you intend to sell is okay, as long as it is your own art. if use this as an icon, etc, be sure to credit me (im xenonical or xen0nical on pretty much every platform!) update: i am no longer taking requests for pride flags because picrew has a limit for how many items you can have. if you would like to have your desired flag in the background of the picrew, simply create a pfp here without a background and then import it into your preferred drawing/photo editing program and add your flag(s). thanks for your understanding! :) update log moved here (it got too long) https://pastebin.com/EXYDNYZh

Some photos are so chilling, it's just hard to look away. Even more so, a photo of a sculpture carries with it so much mystery that we just can't help try to uncover the real story behind it's eerie complexity and take a closer look.
Aloha!!! The month of November is upon us and we have been having a great time with some simple but fun crafts. We started the month with some colorful leaf drawings. I was inspired by a Pinterest find from Art Projects For Kids. I gave the kids some leaves to look at and we talked about the symmetry. They sketched out their leaves and traced with a sharpie. They filled in each section with a design using crayons. Then they painted each a section a different color. I let them use whatever colors they wanted to, so it was a bit brighter than your usual fall colors. But I thought they turned out beautifully! We also made some Thankful Turkeys. The students traced a circle for the body, 4 feathers and they drew out the head and feet with some guidance from me. They came out pretty cute as well. This week we learned about the Pilgrims and the Wampanoag. We read both articles in our Scholastic News showing what it was like in 1620 for both of them. My students really loved the video on the Wampanoag way of life. You could have heard a pin drop as they watched it. So I decided to have them make a wetu. Materials: 1- 1 1/2 x 18 inch strip for the base 4- 1x12 inch strips for the dome 2-3 sheets of tan colored paper Just glue all the pieces together to make the dome. Then tear and paste the light colored paper in layers. Once it is dry, use a brown crayon to draw lines for the bark. Don't forget to cut a hole for the door. My class really did a great job with these and they are dying to take them home to share with their families. I hope you are enjoying this crazy month with some fun activities of your own! Tomorrow is our annual Turkey Trot and we are making No Bake Pumpkin Pie in the afternoon. It should be an awesome day! Mahalo for stopping by and I hope you and your loved ones have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!
