White Peony Root (Bai Shao, 白芍) - Astringes the Yin and adjusts the Ying and Wei. Fresh Ginger (Sheng Jiang, 生姜)- Releases the exterior, relieves nausea and vomiting, neutralizes and strengthens the actions of other herbs. Jujube Date (Da Zao, 大枣) - Harmonizes the Spleen and Stomach, nourishes Blood and Qi. Dry-fried Licorice Root (Zhi Gan Cao 炙甘草) -Tonifies Qi and harmonizes the middle; neutralizes the harsh properties of the other herbs. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS This product contains 120 grams for 9 servings. Drink 3 times a day for 3 days. Stop if symptoms are relieved. 1. Gently rinse the herbs. 2. Place the herbs along with the ginger in pot. 3. Pour 2L of water into the pot. 4. Bring to a boil with high heat, then lower to medium heat and cook for another 20-25 min. 5.
