Selection of concepts I did for Lords of the Fallen during an initial phase. I was helping out defining the look of Lower Calrath, Tower of Penance and Pilgrim's Perch. The game looks incredible, congratz to all involved!
Sec had collapsed when she touched the ancient device in the temple entrance, when she awoke she was looking at the world with different eyes. All of the memories of her past life had finally returned, all of those little connective bits she’d still been missing, and all of the massive gaps had filled in and were clearly visible in her mind. She remembered coming to this planet and meeting the primitive seeming humans who’d already been here for centuries. She remembered building a society with them from the ground up. She remembered Earth. She remembered her name.
During these past three years on Eternal Strands as a concept artist, I've produced hundreds of images. Not all of them are worth sharing, as many are just quick proposals and sketches, but I'll try to select a few that represent well the different locations. Focusing on the Forest and Outskirt thematic with this post. Thank you @Yellow Brick Games for letting me share my work and explain a little the concept art part of the game.

To Sec it was a place that left her with hints of fond memories of a past life. For Echo though, it was the only place of pure silence she’d ever encountered. Death had not touch this place in centuries, millennia maybe ever, and that meant Echo had, for the first time in memory, a moment of true peace, her inner turmoil was as placid as the clear water surrounding her.

So here is some of the more finished work I did for our group project here at New3dge, at the start of the year. I was assigned to the more stylized project, inspired by Rhyme, where I was mainly in charge of designing the starting area, with some character work sprinkled in. It was definitely outside of my comfort zone at the time, and fitting a different art direction was a bit challenging, but it taught me a lot, especially outside of the concept work itself.
An early concept exploration of the streets of Harlem—one of the many locations we designed for JLO’s This Is Me... Now movie. Gritty yet full of life, this scene captures the vibrant energy of the city. Art: Ábel Csonka / Art Director: Leo Avero / Creative Director: Shaddy Safadi

I drew a place that should be full of vitality. My first attempt was to draw a series of pictures, write a small story about the things I drew, try drawing characters, and draw a house that belongs to her. Time and ability are limited, and there are still many ideas that have not been presented yet. I hope to improve them one by one in the future. This painting was very enjoyable and there were many gains, which is enough.
My closest artbuddies and I came up with a fun exercise over last weekend. The idea was to create something based on a small brief for fun. For this week it was: Nebula and Stars Painting or Photobash (No 3D) 2 Days deadline It was so awesome to see what everybody came up with and they all nailed it in their own way <3 You can find everyones work here: https://twitter.com/XercsArt/status/1381329458829922316 https://www.artstation.com/rutgervds https://www.artstation.com/maciejdrabik https://www.artstation.com/evolvingeye
