Scroll down for Bahasa Indonesia Hi there, how are you? hope you are fine and full of happiness to face the world..😏. Ahhh I have so tired tonight, but I have to post this recipe because I need to update my blog more often. I made this crunchy oatmeal chocolate chips cookies about 2 months ago..yeah... I know, the cookies all gone already. It is very simple cookies, mix, form the dough with spoon only, bake. I used oatmeal for this cookie because when I saw my stock, oh no, I forgot that I had oatmeal that had not even unpacked. My husband always buys oatmeal, he always says that he will eat the oatmeal with fruits and milk. But he always forgets it. So I made this cookie for snack at home and of course for Pipi's school snack. I made this cookie and posted it already in November last year. But I made some modification this time. Before I used both palm sugar and sugar, but for this cookie, I used sugar only. I used egg and all-purpose flour instead of egg yolk and cake flour, and so on.
