Hi everyone! Welcome to a new Stampin with Liz Design Blog Post! Today I'm excited to share a card with you that I created over the weekend, with the amazingly beautiful flower from the Fresh-Cut Flower Background stamp from Mft Stamps! Hoi allemaal! I created a card base in A2 size for this card from Sahara Sand Cardstock from Stampin' Up. I then created a front panel from white cardstock with a die from the Wonky Stitched Rectangle set from Mft stamps. I blended this panel with two colours Distress ink from Ranger, Old Paper and Bundled Sage. I added the tekst to my card, using the stamp 'I Just Love You', which comes from the Mft stamp set Sweet Nothings. I then stamped and diecutted the gorgeous flower with my Scan 'N Cut machine from Brother, and then coloured it with Copic Markers. I added my flower with dimenionals on to my card to make it pop a bit more! Thank you so much for watching today, hope to see you next time!
Hello all! Today i'm back again with a new Sketch Challenge by My Favorite Things. This week i decided to make a Birthday card just because i always seem to have a shortage of Birthday cards. This week i stayed true to the sketch as it is a Slimline cardsketch and you know me i like to make slimline cards! So i started making the front panel out of Kraft cardstock, cut the circles and stamped the background using Kraft Dye ink and splattered some black and white paint on to it. Cut a Smooth White side fold base card and traced the circles of the Kraft card on to the main card. Masked of the bottom and top and inked up the circles using Tattered Rose and Abandoned Coral. Splattered some water as black and white ink. Cut four strips of the Black & White paper pack and adhered it to the sides of the basecard. Cut them were the panel would end also, and adhered the kraft panel to the base using foamtape. Stamped the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them using the matching Die-Namics. Stamped the sentiment on Smooth White cardstock, placed everything on the card and finished of using some black enemal dots. Used Copic Colors: Green - G28, G24, G21, G20 Red - R29, R27, R24 Yellow - Y17, Y15, Y13 Black - N7, N5 White - C3, C1, C0 Have a lovely day! Greets, Marieke

Morning folks! Just playing along with MFT's colour challenge using Warmest Wishes: There's a sweet little snowflake stamp in this set but I opted to use a snowfall stencil instead as so I could add some sparkle with glitter. I also used Bundles of Blossoms on the base layer to add some texture and some more glitter on the snowdrifts. Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge is all about adding a bit of sparkle so I'm playing along there too! Thanks for stopping, Claire x
Happy Thursday! Today's Color Challenge from MFT features a fun color combination, so I thought I'd join in! I love pinks and browns together, and the added green makes it even better.
Hello Friends! After an exciting conclusion to the Birdie Brown August Vault release yesterday from My Favorite Things, I just had to create another project using more of the newly re-released goodies. For this weeks Wednesday Sketch Challenge, I pulled out the Frightfully Sweet stamp set and coordinating Die-namics. I stamped a few of the super CUTE critters, colored them with Copics and die cut them out using the coordinating dies. I dusted off my texture paste and used the Slimline English Brick Stencil. Once the texture paste was dry, I ink blended black soot Distress Ink overtop. I had a happy accident while creating this card…I was splattering some mica spray onto my card front when I accidentally spilled some of the bottle onto my brick background. I let it dry and love how it filled the cracks and gaps around each brick…sometimes accidents can be a great thing. I cut out a circle from white card stock and attempted to make it look the the moon using Copic markers. I’m not entirely sure I was successful but I learned a lot on what I would do differently the next time. I hope you like my Too Cute to Spook card creation for today :) Always follow your creative heart

Welcome to a new Wednesday Sketch Challenge for MFT Stamps. This is WSC639 and here is what I've used in the making of this inspiration card:- Freezin' Season Freezin' Season Die-namics Pretty In Plaid 6 x 6 Paper Pad A2 Double Stitched Rectangles Die-namics I&O Stitched Circle Stax Die-namics Guided by the sketch, I prepared a panel of patterned cardstock using the Rectangles Die-namics and I created a second panel using the same size from white cardstock which I trimmed down to follow the diagonal panel across the top left. I glued these parts together then backed the patterned panel with white craft foam and applied it to a full size A2 panel and then to my card base. I then used the Circle Stax Die-namics to create a circle of cardstock which ink blended with Ripe Raspberry Ink by MFT and distressed with water and white acrylic paint. I backed this with more foam and applied to the background. I stamped the three images I was needing from Freezin' Season and coloured them with the following Copic markers:- Bunny - E33, E53, E41, E40 Dog - T4, T2, C3, C1, C0, C00 Pup - W3, W1, W0 Blushes - RV04, RV02, RV10 Green - G19, G09, G02 White - C3, C1, C0, C00 I highlighted with a white gel pen and also dotted in snow falling across them then die cut and applied with a single layer of foam tape for the critters at the back and for the pup at the front I backed him with 2 layers to make him pop forwards. Last but not least, I stamped the sentiment in my Misti and applied some little wooden stars for the embellishments and then it was complete! Thank you for stopping by my blog today and don't forget to visit and subscribe to the MFT You Tube Channel for endless how-to videos, inspiration and product reveals.

Hello again! The day has finally arrived that all of the fabulous February Release products are finally available for purchase! But before you go shopping, I hope you'll take a minute to check out my project for today's release, featuring the new Balloon Besties Stamp Set and the Balloon Besties Die-Namics! The images are perfectly suited for a slimline card, so I pulled out the Slimline Starter Set Die-Namics! I did a little bit of ink blending with some Summer Splash and Razzle Berry Die Ink to create my sky, after adhering some cloud masks (from the Polar Opposites Die-Namics and the Rain or Shine Die-Namics). I die cut the ink blended panel using the stitched rectangle die from the Slimline Starter Set Die-Namics. I stamped, colored and die cut the images from the Balloon Besties Stamp Set, and adhered them to the panel using foam squares. I stamped the sentiment from the Balloon Besties Stamp Set onto some patterned paper from the Birthday Brights 6 x 6 Paper Pack, and then I die cut it using the stitched rectangle die and the sentiment strip from the Blueprints 27 Die-Namics. I adhered it to the panel using foam squares. I adhered the assembled panel to a white card base, and added some Sparkling Clear Sequins and Petite Clouds die cuts to finish off the details! I've listed and linked all of the MFT products used below! Please click on through to the MFT Design Blog to be linked to the other fabulous projects that my teammates and a few of our friends have designed for your inspiration using the February Release products! And be sure to leave comments on each of the linked blogs for your chance to win one of TWO $100 Gift Vouchers to the MFT Online Boutique! You can't win if you don't comment! Hello and welcome to a new Wednesday Sketch Challenge for MFT Stamps and above you'll see the sketch you're working with this week and I'll tell you all the details for my inspiration card. Here are the products used: Jingle All The Way Stamps Jingle All The Way Die-namics Such a simple and easy sketch to work with this week. I ink blended an A2 panel using Stormy Sky and Black Soot Distress Inks, fading it to nothing where there would be snow. I liberally splashed the ink with water and then splattered with white acrylic paint loosened with a droplet of water. I trimmed this panel down to a size to suit the sketch, backed it with white craft foam and applied it to a white A2 card panel which in turn was glued to the card base. I popped the card in my Misti and stamped the sentiment underneath the feature panel per the sketch. I stamped the images from Jingle All The Way and coloured them with the following Copic marker combinations:- Trees - YG99, BG96, G85, YG63, G21 Red - R89, R39, R29 White - C3, C1, C0 Reindeer - E44, E43, E42, E41 Skin - E04, E11, E21, E00 Hair - E89, E44, E43, E42 Blush - R85, R83, R81 I die cut and applied the images with dimensional foam tape and highlighted with a white gel pen. To finish I glittered the stars on top of the trees and added 3 wooden stars. Thank you for stopping by my blog today and don't forget to visit and subscribe to the MFT You Tube Channel for endless how-to videos, inspiration and product reveals.

Handmade box card featuring the amazing SY Sunshine Friends stamp set combined with the Outside the Box Level Up Die-namics by My Favorite Things.
Hello all! Today i'm back again with a new Sketch Challenge by My Favorite Things. This week i decided to make a Birthday card just because i always seem to have a shortage of Birthday cards. For this week sketch i did not flipping or flopping. Just took the sketch not to serious and replaced the rectangle strip with balloons. So out of Lemon Drop, Limelight, Ripe Raspberry and Summer Splash i die cut the balloons. Placed them on to a topfold Smooth White base card so they would fit the sketch. Die cut 4 balloon strings out of Smooth White and added them on the bottom. Using a white gelpen i added some details. Stamped the mouse, colored it up using my Copic markers and cut them using the matching Die-Namics. To match the balloons i decided to paper piece the balloon using Grape Jelly cardstock. Heat embost the sentiment on to some Black Licorice die cut it into a banner and finsihed of the card using some clear sequins. Used Copic Colors: Mouse - E35, E33, E31, E30 Ears - E11, E21, E00, E000, R20, R00 Orange - YR07, YR04, YR02 Yellow - Y17, Y13, Y11 Have a lovely day! Greets, Marieke

Hoi! Inge

Hello everyone! Thank the Good Lord that 2021 has finally arrived, which means it's time start the countdown to the January Release! Today's project features three products from the January Release that were super fun to play with! The Bitty Hugs & Kisses Stamp Set is the perfect sentiment set - a must have for every stamper's collection! And the Sending You Hugs Die-Namics paired perfectly with the Bitty Hugs & Kisses! And the Mini Meows Stamp Set and Mini Meows Die-Namics are just icing on the cake! I wanted to add a little sunshine to the Sending You Hugs Die-Namics, so I die cut some strips from Razzle Berry, Orange Zest, Pineapple and Lemon Drop card stock and adhered them to a thin panel. Then I die cut the Sending You Hugs Die-Namics from the striped panel and adhered them to a white panel. I stamped, colored and die cut three of the cute kitties from the Mini Meows Stamp Set, and adhered them to the panel using foam squares. Finally, I stamped one of the sentiments from the Bitty Hugs & Kisses Stamp Set onto a Pineapple strip and adhered it to the panel with bits of foam tape. I've listed and linked all of the MFT Products that I used below (although the links to the new products won't be live until the release.) Well a warm welcome to my blog today where I'm sharing a card with a lovely Autumnal feel to it - I know I'm ready for the change of season - are you? This is a mini slimline card that features the Greatest Blessing stamp set from the August release by MFT Stamps. Products Used:- Greatest Blessing Stamps Greatest Blessing Die-namics First of all I ink blended my panel using Distress Oxides in Scattered Straw, Rusty Hinge and Aged Mahogany. I splashed it liberally with water, blotted it up and then splashed it again but this time with a watered down dot of white acrylic paint. Once dry I stamped the sentiment and then applied the panel to a fractionally larger white slimline panel which I glued to my card base. I stamped the images from Greatest Blessing using Memento Ink in Rich Cocoa and coloured the images using the following Copic marker combinations:- Leaves and Stalks - YG97, YG95, YG91 Pumpkins - YR09, YR04, Y38, W4, W2 Wheelbarrow - R89, R59, R39, R37 Wagon - E37, E35, W4 Grey - W6, W5, W4, W3, W2 I used the coordinating die-namics to die cut the images and then applied them to the scene using a single layer for the images 'behind' and a double layer for the images in front. I reached for my trusty white gel pen and highlighted many areas to really make it pop and a few rose gold coloured sequins completed the card. I am so thankful you stopped by my blog today. Don't forget to visit and subscribe to the MFT You Tube Channel for endless how-to videos, inspiration and product reveals.
Vandaag een fantastische give a way! It's 4 more days until My Favorite Things December Release! Today I'm sharing a card using this month's Birdie Brown--Friends at First Sip. I prepared a kraft background by stamping the to-go coffee cup with brown ink randomly over the card, then ink distressing around the edges of the card. A hexagon from Blueprints 33 was also cut from kraft card stock and inked around the edges then adhered to the card base. The coffee lovin' gal was stamped, colored with Copics and cut with the matching Die-namics. I popped her over the edge of the card and stamped the sentiment. I finished off the card by adding white highlights to the cups with a colored pencil. Visit today's Countdown post at My Favorite Things for more peeks at the December Release. Don't forget to leave a comment there for a chance to win a $75 prize! Thanks so much for stopping by today!
