Smula jästen i en bunke. 2. Värm mjölk och vatten till 37 grader och vispa ut jästen med vätskan. 3. Tillsätt fiberhusk och havregryn och låt svälla i 10 minuter. 4. Rör ner resterande ingredienser och arbeta ihop degen med degkrokar i några minuter. 5. Låt jäsa under bakduk i ca 30 minuter. 6. Ta upp degen på ett bakbord mjölat med mjölmix. Biscoitos de Azeite, Amêndoa e Cardamomo Ingredientes: | 8-10 vagens de cardamomo | 140 g de farinha integral | 140 g de farinha s/ fermento | 140 g de farinha de amêndoa | 1 c. (chá) de fermento em pó | 60 ml de azeite virgem extra Oliveira da Serra | 50 ml de leite | 150 g de açúcar amarelo | 1 pitada de sal | raspa da casca de 1 limão Preparação: Pré-aqueça o forno a 180ºC. Forre um tabuleiro de forno com papel vegetal e reserve. Retire as sementes de cardamomo das vagens, coloque-as num almofariz, triture-as e reserve. Numa taça misture as farinhas peneiradas juntamente com o fermento em pó e reserve. Bata o azeite juntamente com o leite, o açúcar, o sal, a raspa de limão e as sementes de cardamomo. Aos poucos vá adicionando a mistura de farinhas e amasse até conseguir formar uma bola. Envolva a massa em película aderente e deixe descansar no frio durante 30 minutos. Coloque a massa numa superfície enfarinhada. Retire pequenas porções de massa e forme rolinhos com cerca de 10 cm de comprimento e 1 cm de diâmetro. Una as pontas dos rolinhos formando uma rosca e coloque-os no tabuleiro. Leve ao forno durante 12-15 minutos ou até que os biscoitos comecem a ficar dourados. Retire e deixe arrefecer sobre uma grelha. Depois de frios guarde numa lata ou caixa hermética.
