Ricetta di Teresio Busnelli Ingredienti per uno stampo 26x11 200gr. di farina 00 60gr. di amido di riso o fecola 150gr. di zucchero 125gr. di burro 125gr. di yogurt intero 50gr. di latte 100gr. di uova 10gr. di lievito per dolci zeste di 1 limone grattugiata 1 pizzico di sale zucchero a velo per rifinire Preparazione Montare con le fruste elettriche il burro con lo zucchero, incorporare le uova poco per volta e poi il latte e lo yogurt a temperatura ambiente. Aggiungere il sale e lo zeste di limone infine incorporate con una spatola le farine e il lievito setacciati assieme. Riempire lo stampo da plumcake precedentemente imburrato e infarinato. Infornare a 180° per 45 minuti circa Quando sarà completamente freddo, togliere dallo stampo e coprire con zucchero a velo.
