Farsz doprawić solą, pieprzem, przeciśniętym przez praskę czosnkiem, majerankiem i gałką muszkatołową. Dodać odrobinę rosołu, aby masa była wilgotna. Ciasto: Składniki ciasta na pierogi zagnieść ręcznie lub w robocie. Ciasto podzielić na porcje i każdą cienko rozwałkować. Za pomocą szklanki wykrawać koła. Nakładać po 1 1/2 - 2 łyżeczki farszu i dokładnie zlepiać brzegi. Pierogi gotować w osolonej wodzie z dodatkiem oleju do wypłynięcia i dodatkowo 3-4 minuty. Na patelni, na oleju z dodatkiem masła zeszklić pokrojone w drobną kostkę cebule, w trakcie smażenia dodać szczyptę cukru. Pierogi podawać gorące, okraszone zarumienioną cebulą. Smacznego!
