The Caribbean's rich volcanic soils and tropical climate make it a perfect location for an agricultural economy. Cocoa trees especially love this environment, and the Caribbean produces Criollo and Trinitario Cocoa, two of the rarest and most sought-after cocoas in the world. This recipe for Chocolate Tea is a local favorite that infuses that delicious cocoa flavor with local spices to create a genuinely comforting cup of warmth. In addition, we highlight traditionally made cocoa balls that are 100% natural and organic to give you the authentic Cocoa Tea experience.
