Ingrédients ( 2 Portions ) - 1 tête de Salade - 100 ml Jus de légumes, ou de jus de tomates - 2 cuillères Crème épaisse - 1 cuillère de Vinaigre - 1 cc Sirop d'érable - 1 quantité à choix Sel - 1 quantité à choix Poivre - 125 g Farine - 1 Oeuf - 80 ml Eau - 1 moyen Oignon - 1 cc Huile - 50 g Fromage râpé Préparation Déchirez la salade en morceaux. Pour la vinaigrette, mélangez le jus de légumes (ou de tomates) à la crème épaisse, le vinaigre et le sirop d‘érable et assaisonnez de sel et de poivre. Battez la farine avec l‘oeuf, l‘eau et ½ cc de sel jusqu‘à formation de petites bulles. Pressez la pâte au presse-purée pour en faire des petits bouts, glissez-les dans l‘eau bouillante et cuisez-les 2 à 3 minutes jusqu‘à ce que les spätzles flottent à la surface.
