35min · 1 serving Apple Rose Puff Pastry Ingredients: • 1 sheet puff pastry, rolled out and sliced into 6 strips • 3 apples, thinly sliced • 4T melted butter • Cinnamon sugar, for sprinkling Lemon, a squeeze Preheat oven to 375*F & brush a muffin pan with butter • 1. Cover the apples with water and a squeeze of lemon, microwave for 4 mins until the apples are soft & flexible (this is key to being able to roll up the puff pastry, if you skip this step you’ll be cursing 🙅🏻♀️😂) • 2. Brush a pastry sheet with butter and add a generous sprinkle of cinnamon sugar • 3. Later the apples on one edge of the pastry, half moon side vertical and then seal the other side of the pastry like a skinny book • 4. Roll up the strip of pastry leaving a little bit of the apples out • 5. Pop
