Ingredients Dough- • 2 cups (+3 cups flour *watch video) • 2 tbsp yeast (active dry) • 4 tbsp sugar • 3 tbsp dry milk (optional* can make without a replacement) • 2 cups warm water • 1/2 cup olive oil • 1 tsp salt (add in last) Brush your bread with: • 1/2 cup melted better • Fresh parsley • 1 tbsp garlic powder Instructions • Mix 2 cups of flour in a bowl with the yeast, white sugar, warm water, and dry milk(optional). Cover for 10 minutes. • To the same bowl, add 3 more cups of flour, olive oil, and salt. • Knead the dough for 10 minutes. • Flour your surface and flatten out your dough. • Slice the dough into strips and slice each strip in half. • Gently roll out your strips and tie them.(don’t pull on the dough when tying the knots or they won’t be fluffy).
