Ingrdients: • 6-8 short ribs (rub them with tomato paste and salt/pepper). • 2 carrots (chopped). • 2 white onions (one quartered and one thinly sliced) • 1 large red onion or 2 med (thinly sliced). • 3 garlic cloves. • 2 celery hearts (chopped). • 1 bottle of wine. • 1 tsp dried oregano. • 1/2 bunch fresh parsley. • 4 slices large rustic sourdough. • butter. • 8 slices provolone. • gruyere to taste. • olive oil. • 1/4 c sour cream. • 2 tbsp prepared horseradish. •chives. Directions: • 1.-preheat your dutch oven, add some olive oil and give your short rib a nice hard sear on all sides. • 2.- add
