Hand sculpted and pressed in buff earthenware from my original mold. ****MADE TO ORDER. 2 WEEKS PROCESSING TIME*** This high-relief tile is painted with a wash of sepia stain which accents the dimension of the piece and accents its dimension. Its then meticulously hand-colored with underglazes and semi-transparent glazes. Finally, its with coated with clear HIGH GLOSS glaze and fired. Measures Approx. 4" square and is approx. 1/2" thick. A depression on the back allows this tile to be hung on a wall, or would make an interesting and unique paperweight. PLEASE READ! Since all of my tiles are handmade, my listing photos are a representation of the tile you'll receive, and not the actual tile, unless stated. Each tile will be glazed using the exact same glazes which I used in the listing photos, but each tile will be unique, and may show variations in color and texture which are inherent to the process of glaze application and kiln-firing.
