The PDF file will also be available in your purchases section of your account. 3. Download Art Files – Choose the size ratio you would like to print and download that size zip file. In each zip file you will have two (2) file types – JPEG-RGB and JPEG-CMYK 4. Print – To print your wall art simply take it to your local print centre or upload it to your favourite online printing website. How does a digital download work? You add the listing to your cart and complete the purchase just like any other purchases on Etsy. Immediately upon the purchase completing, Etsy will send you an email to download your digital art files. 2. How do I download my digital file? Due to the size of our high resolution print ready files, they are too large to upload to Etsy so we have prepared an ACCESS FILES PDF that has a link to our Google Drive where you can download the files you have purchased. You can also access this Access Files PDF in your Purchases section in your account area. Go to your Etsy Profile > click "Purchases" section > click "Download" button If you have any issues with downloading your files from the Google Drive link provided then don’t worry, we are happy to help. Just message us with your order number and we will send you a renewed link. 3. Why can’t I download the files direct from Etsy, I don’t feel comfortable with downloading from a Google Drive? Unfortunately, Etsy has an upload limited of 25MB and our files are much bigger than that. That is because we offer large wall art products, our largest being 61x91cm or 24x36inches. If we tried to keep within the 25MB upload limit, your artwork would be blurry or fuzzy. To ensure you have a print ready files, the artwork needs to be 300 dpi (dots per inch) to ensure the artwork is clear and high resolution. A lot of wall art artists either upload their files to Google Drive or Dropbox. Many artist whose products you can download direct from Etsy simply size their artwork in smaller sizes so they can upload to Etsy directly, which then limits sizing options for many customers. 4. Can I access my files on my mobile phone? Unfortunately you can not access the purchases section in Etsy on a mobile phone, that includes the Etsy App. You will have to log into your Etsy account using a browser (e.g. google chrome, safari, etc.) or a desktop/laptop computer. The Etsy App does not have a download option. To access all digital downloads, not just for our store, you will need do so from a computer and not a phone or tablet. 5. Why are there two JPEGS types - RGB and CMYK? There are two colour profiles RGB (Reg, Green and Blue) and CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow anKey/Black). Professional printers and your home printer print in CMYK however some online print services will only accept RGB JPEGS and then their printers will try and match the colour the best they can. If you are not sure what file to use then ask your local print centre or check out their FAQs online. However the recommended file type to use is CMYK.
