We first fell in love with Andrea from her photographs, as one half of the much-celebrated photography duo Gentl and Hyers, and then again with the release her new cookbook — Cooking with Mushrooms. Andrea’s relationship with mushrooms stems all the way back to her childhood, and was rekindled during the pandemic when cooking at home became a source of solace and pleasure. Her wealth of knowledge is astounding, and we were inspired to learn about the amount of mushrooms she consumes on a daily basis (outperforming even Kerrilynn!).
