3hr 30min · 12 servings Ingredients: For the Ice Cream: • 1 ½ cups thickened/whipping cream • ½ cup dulce de leche • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2 ripe bananas (crushed) For the Waffle Tacos: • 1 cup sugar • 4 large egg whites • 1 tsp vanilla • 1/4 tsp salt • 4 Tbsp butter melted • 1 cup flour • 2 tbsp cocoa powder For the Decorations: • 200g dark cooking chocolate (melted) • Crushed peanuts to sprinkle Instructions: For the Ice Cream: • Add cream, dulce de leche and vanilla extract into a large mixing bowl and whip to stiff peaks using a hand mixer. • Add bananas and continue whisking until well combined. • Transfer cream mixture to a flat baking dish. • Freeze for at least 2-3 hrs. • When ice cream is ready use a 5cm round cookie cutter to cut rounds of the ice cre
