15min · 4 servings Ingredients • 1/2 cup cooked organic quinoa ( I used rainbow heirloom quinoa) • 1 can (15 oz) Organic Black Beans • 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs • 1/4 cup water • 3 tablespoons tomato paste • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil • 1/4 cup grated yellow onion • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley Spices • 1 tsp ground paprika • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp dried oregano • 1/2 tsp cayenne powder (optional) • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric • 1 tsp cumin powder • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional) • salt to taste • black pepper to taste Instructions 1. In a large bowl, add your rinsed organic black beans, cooked quinoa, tomato paste, olive oil, water, grated onion, all the seasoning and the panko breadcrumbs. Form four to five patties. 2.
