LOVE HANDLES (aka obliques) 🔥 • . • TAG a friend! • . • Have to take it easy for the next week or so 😩 my back injury decided to make its presence known again so lots of bodyweight and mobility work for me because ya girl is in pain 😣 Can’t preach it enough but listen to your bodyyy 👏🏼 • . • Don’t ever feel pressured to lift a certain way, a certain amount of weight or do certain movements because you see other people doing them. Do what works best for YOU 😌 I personally don’t do certain exercises and don’t lift heavy with certain movements because I’ve injured my back badly TWICE now and it’s just not worth the potential life long repercussions 🤷🏼♀️ There are tons of variations to exercises that you can do that will still be effective 🤗 • . • 1️⃣ Side plank variation-
