1hr 30min · 6 servings Ingredients Biscuits: • 200g butter, at room temperature • 300g icing sugar • 3 eggs • 1 tsp vanilla essence • 1/2 tsp salt • 800g plain flour • Food colouring gels (red, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink) Marshmallow fluff: • 2 large egg whites • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar • 2 tbsp caster sugar • 180g golden syrup • 80g caster sugar • 500g milk chocolate, melted Instructions: • Make the biscuit dough - cream together the butter and sugar add the eggs one at a time. Beat in the vanilla and salt, then the flour. Divide the dough into 6 segments and colour each one a different colour, then shape them all into even sized disks. • Stack a red disk on top of the yellow, on top of the green. Put between greaseproof paper sheets and roll out to 3mm thick.
