25min · 4 servings Ingredients • 250 grams Potatoes • 40 grams Butter • As required Salt • 5 grams Pepper • 10 grams Flour (optional) Method: Wash all the potatoes and peel them. You can par boil the potatoes before night and cool it in refrigerator.( traditional method ). If no you can simply Grate the raw peeled potatoes in a bowl and add salt and pepper. Rest little so all the water content from potatoes are released which gives more crispiness. In a pan, add butter and let it heat up. Pat the grated potatoes into a medium thick patties in a pan itself by pressing thick and cook in butter. Roast nicely both sides for each 5 minutes. Serve hot with veggies and cream, bacon and eggs.
