The most common mistakes I see with push ups are: • ❌ elbows flaring out • ❌ hands positioned too high up • ❌ dropping the head • ❌ not keeping core tight Instead, try this! • ✅position hands at chest or bra line level • ✅elbows tucked in a W shape • ✅shoulders down away from ears • ✅push through the chest vs arms • ✅keep head and spine in line (don’t drop your head) • ✅ keep core tight!
