Ingredients: * Using skinless pork bellies, cut length wise then in half as shown in video โจ * brine in your favourite juice overnight *OPTIONALโจ * place pork belly on a skewer and season heavily with your favourite bbq rub โจ * set your smoker at 250 degrees and place your pork bellies in the smoker for 2 hours or until internal temp hits 165-170 degrees. I rotated the bellies around every half an hour to avoid the meat drying out. * Remove bellies from the smoker and in a tinfoil sheet add your honey bbbq buetter bath and place the tinfoil back on to the smoker for 1 hour.
