Blueberry Cheesecake Kefir Smoothie 1/2 cup Lowfat Blueberry Kefir 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup low fat or fat free cottage cheese 5 ice cubes (more or less depending on the consistency you like) 2 teaspoons sugar free cheesecake pudding mix 1 packet of stevia Optional: crushed graham cracker and a few blueberries for topping 1.)
